How do I place an order?

Once you find the item you are interested in, click on it and you will be taken to the products homepage. You can then select your size and color. Simply click "add to cart" and whenever your finished shopping select "cart" in the upper right-hand corner.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, call us during normal business hours and we will be happy to assist you with your order. Please have the dress name, shipping information, and payment information ready.

Is my information safe?

All information you send over our website is strictly confidential and is protected by Shopify.com. Your personal information will never be shared with outside parties.

How long will it take to recieve my order?

Once your order has been placed it will be processed as soon as possible with our staff. If the item you order is in stock, it will ship the next business day. If we have to order the gown with one of our vendors, we will email you with the estimated ship date. Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your item.*

*If you need your dress shipped more quickly, please contact us via phone.

What happens after I place an order?

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know your order was received. Next, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has shipped. If we have to order your gown we will notify you immediately, however you should still receive this within 14 business days. If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your order we will contact you immediately with similar styles you may choose or offer you a full refund.

What if my dress is not available?

While it is rare, if your dress is not in stock or for some reason we can not fulfill your order, we will notify you immediately and give you other options to choose from or the option to cancel your order.

Why do you carry items that may not be in stock in your store?

Our whole reason for launching Diggzprom.com was to give our customers the opportunity to see all of the beautiful gowns we have available to us. We have teamed up with our vendors to ensure ordered dresses are fulfilled within 14 business days.

When is my credit card charged?

Your card will not be charged until we can guarantee your order is fulfilled.

How do I find my correct size?

Located on the item your looking for click the last picture, this should be the vendors size chart. Keep in mind that over 90% of party dresses need some sort of alteration. We are not responsible for dresses that do not fit. The size charts are directly from the manufacturers and they cut their dresses according to those measurements. If you are in-between sizes we recommend going up to the next size. Remember, it is easier to take a dress in than to let a dress out. If you are unsure of how to measure you may also call us during normal business hours and we will be happy to help!

What if the dress I want is not available in the size or color I want?

Unfortunately all sizes and colors listed are what we are able to get that specific dress in, however feel free to call or email us! We would be happy to look for similar styles in your size or preferred color!

Do you have your own catalog?

Unfortunately, we go through about 20 different vendors so we do not have one catalog for all of them. If you are interested in a specific dress and the color is not shown or you'd like to see details feel free to email us and we will send you pictures.

Do you rent dresses?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not rent prom gowns.

Can I check if a dress is available before placing an order?

Yes, this is actually highly recommended during peak seasons (February-May) due to the volume of dresses being sold during these periods. Just email us or call during normal business hours and we will be happy to check. Please allow up to 24 hours as some of our vendors are in other time-zones.

Im tall, how can i ensure the dress won't be too short?

Our gowns are made long, fit up to a 5'11 height.

My order says cancelled, why?

If you have provided an incorrect credit card number, expiration date, or your billing address does not match the address of the card, we will cancel your order. Also, if your shipping address is not known we will cancel your order. We will send you an email letting you know why.

How do i track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from USPS that includes your tracking number. You can then go to USPS.com and track your package. If you have not received your tracking number please contact us.

Do you have more pictures of the dress I want?

If we have the dress in store in the color you want then we will be happy to email you a picture. We know it is frustrating not being able to see all of the available colors, however all of the pictures we are provided by our vendors are listed on the dress you are viewing.

Do you accept Returns?

Everything purchased is final sale.

Can I see if a dress has been sold to someone at my school?

Since our inventory moves so fast, we are not able to monitor this.

What payments do you accept?

Online we accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, and JCB. In-store we accept all major credit cards, along with cash.

We have been in business since May 2008. We have over 500 prom and party gowns in stock. Customers are given excellent customer service with one of our awesome sales girls to find the perfect fit and desired style for their Special Occasion dress. Each dress is fully inspected for imperfections, steamed, and hung in a garment bag ready to wear for your event! We offer alterations, accessories, and shoes to make your event special!

What are your store hours?

We are open in the off season:

Monday-Saturday 11AM-5PM

Sunday Closed

 

We are open during prom season (Jan-May):

Monday-Saturday 11AM-8PM

Sun 11AM-6PM

Can I schedule an appointment to try on in store?

Yes, during non-peak times appointments are encouraged and can be scheduled via phone. After-hour appointments are available as well. During peak season (January-May), appointments are not accepted due to the volume of customers.

Where do I park at Diggz?

Diggz is located at MarJean Village, a strip mall with other businesses and there is plenty of parking available.

Can I get my dress altered at Diggz?

If you purchase your dress at Diggz we will be happy to do your alterations. Please allow up to 3 weeks for alterations. If you need your dress sooner, you will be subject to a rush fee.

Do I have to pay for alterations?

Alterations are paid for by the customer. We do require the gown be paid in full before we will do any alteration of the gown.
