We Want Every Customer To Have an Amazing Experience Shopping For Their Dress! Our Location is Small, But We Stock over 2300 Gowns!
During Peak Prom Season (Feb 1~May 1), We Can Only Accommodate 2 Guests Per Shopping Customer. Our Maximum Occupancy 24 People.
In Consideration For All Shoppers, No Children Under The Age Of 10 Are Permitted During Peak Prom Season (Feb 1~May 1).**
Fire Code Prohibits the Use of Car Seats & Strollers Blocking Any Aisle.
What To Expect When You Arrive at Diggz Formals to Shop:
- We Ask Your First Name & Sign You In For The Next Available Fitting Room.
- We Measure Your Waist, Give You Gown Markers To Tag The Dresses You'd Like To Try On & Direct You To The Size Section Closest To Your Waist Measurement.
- When You’re Done Selecting Dresses, We Pull The Gowns You Chose & Call You To The Fitting Room.
- We Stage Each Gown In Your Room. Once You've Put The Dress On, Our Fitting Room Consultants Will Zip, Corset, Adjust The Gown To Fit You Correctly & Send You Out To Show Your Guests.
- If Your First Round of Gowns Weren't "The One'", You're Welcome To select Additional Gowns To Try On!
- ***Notify Your Consultant You Want To Try On More Dresses & She’ll Give You Markers.
*The Latest You Can Sign-In To Try On Dresses is an hour prior to closing. It Typically Takes An Hour and a Half To Two Hours From The Time You Arrive For You To Try On & Select Your Dream Dress!
**If You Aren't Able To Shop Without Children Under 10 Years Of Age During Peak Prom Season, Please Call Us To Arrange A Time Outside Of Our Normal Business Hours So We Can Accommodate You.
***We Sign You Back In For The Fitting Room Waiting List As If You Just Arrived (May Have To Wait For A Room To Open Again). We Recommend Trying on a Maximum Of 8 Gowns. Trying On More Than 8 Gowns Will Cause You, The Shopper To Lose Focus Of Your Original Idea & Expectations.
