Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

We inspect and document everything we ship! However, if you receive a damaged item, we will replace it with the same item. You must request an exchange within 2 days from the delivery of your order. Send Photos showing defect, Order Number, you name and contact information to: All internet orders must be handled through internet customer service, not at our in-store location. You will receive a return goods authorization.  You may then return your item via First Class USPS with a tracking number . The dress must be unworn, in the original packaging and the original tags attached. Any item that is not in the same condition or appears to have been worn, washed, altered, or changed in any way will not be refunded. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item. Free shipping discounts do not apply on returns or exchanges. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

In-Store Layaway policy

We offer 60-day layaway with 20% down. We do not have an administration fee for your initial layaway, however if you cancel your layaway, decide to change your layaway (decide you’d like a Different item), or do not pick up your layaway, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
